On behalf of Treva Jaffe’s family, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent care she received in the last weeks of her life. All of you responsible for her daily care were so beautiful, attentive, and compassionate towards her, which is why she liked it so well. This was a true gift to our family, and truthfully a bit of a surprise! We had tried for two years to get her into some sort of facility, and she fought us tooth and nail. Some of you have the battle scars to remind you of just how stubborn she could be when she didn’t want to do something! So for her to be so content and extremely complimentary of the staff speaks volumes about the fantastic and vital work you do every day. It takes special people to do what you do, and I just wanted you to know how very much it was appreciated.
