November 2019 Calendar of Events and Activities!

On behalf of Treva Jaffe's family, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent care she received in the last weeks of her life. All of you responsible for her daily care were so beautiful, attentive, and compassionate towards her, which is why she liked it so well. This was a true gift to our family, and truthfully a bit of a surprise! We had tried for two years to get her into some sort of facility, and she fought us tooth and nail. Some of you have the battle scars to remind you of just how stubborn she could be when she didn't want to do something! So for her to be so content and extremely complimentary of the staff speaks volumes about the fantastic and vital work you do every day. It takes special people to do what you do, and I just wanted you to know how very much it was appreciated.

I have had experience with other facilities in the area. After a tour from Melissa and the obvious personal care shown here, it became our first choice. Melissa made the transition seamless. Heidi obviously is an excellent leader. Jan & Tina were nurses that made us feel like "people," not "patients." Diane was upfront. If life brings you to the need for this care, MediLodge is the 5-star choice. The personal care of each and every staff makes your recovery seem like you're being cared for by loving family.

The administrator, PT, OT, CENA's and housekeeping really stood out. Combine these departments and I feel there is no comparison! I'd always come back here for therapy! I love being around people and here it's encouraged, which is wonderful! The vibe here is always positive and the staff is always within an arm's length!

I came here from the hospital and I am glad they sent me here! They are all great and very caring, very devoted employees! The facility is very clean and organized. The members who work here are fantastic and very caring!

This is the second time my family has brought my 90+ mother to this facility. My father passed here 10 years ago and our care even then was impeccable. There is no "perfect" nursing home, but in comparison to The Victorian Inn and The Pavilions, the care, concern, humor, family atmosphere of Medilodge of GTC outranks them all. Mind you, people get out of life what they put into it, so because of our positive attitude, we very often are treated with the highest respect. We are also very attentive to our parents, visiting them on a regular basis, keeping track of their daily progress. I would highly recommend you meet with Heidi and the gang here to see the warmth, camaraderie, and family atmosphere!

I chose MediLodge of GTC for myself because I have been here before and loved it. Everyone is doing an amazing job. Staff are all great, food was good. Thank you everyone for all you have done for me! It was a great experience. I would come here again, if needed.

The entire staff, especially the facility director Heidi and April from nursing really stood out! All of the staff are understanding and will help you on a one-on-one basis. All those working here are great people and take their jobs seriously. Also, most of the residents here are nice!

I would like to thank the employees of MediLodge of GTC for their wonderful attitude to their patients, I was recently one. I never had a concern after any request, they treated me like a patient should be treated. They dropped everything to make me feel like was number 1. They were the most friendliest people I ever met or encountered. Thank you Brian, Holly, Quinn, Colleen, Julie, Jessica, and Amanda.

The staff here is very caring, which is so important. Caroline, Tammy, Jerri, Amber, Ryan, Christina (nurse), Sarah (nurse), and Ernie really stood out! They are all very attentive, cheerful, and knowledgable. The nurses are excellent as well, and I'm very happy with the care here.

Heard it was excellent and it has proved to be very good. Nurses, Aids, PT/OTs- they were all very friendly and caring! And there is plenty of space in the rooms.
