I heard it was a good rehab center and it is close to my niece's house. Was there any specific team member or department that stood out? No one person stood out. Everyone was special in their own way. I never had to wait more than 5 mins when I had pushed the call button. That means a lot to me.

All of those who took care of Lloyd was great. Everyone was kind, professional and helpful. All employees are hard working and polite.

It is so great here; they all go above and beyond! I was afraid to leave the hospital because I was not sure what was going to happen! But, I am glad I did, this place is amazing and would not want to be anywhere else.

I would like to thank the employees of MediLodge of GTC for their wonderful attitude to their patients, I was recently one. I never had a concern after any request, they treated me like a patient should be treated. They dropped everything to make me feel like was number 1. They were the most friendliest people I ever met or encountered. Thank you Brian, Holly, Quinn, Colleen, Julie, Jessica, and Amanda.

MediLodge of Grand Traverse City has great people, rooms, and I count on them as my friends. I see them more like my family. They had great food, and the staff was accommodating and cheerful.

The entire staff, especially the facility director Heidi and April from nursing really stood out! All of the staff are understanding and will help you on a one-on-one basis. All those working here are great people and take their jobs seriously. Also, most of the residents here are nice!

I chose this center thru a phone call. They could take me right away and they had the equipment for which I needed and the therapy. The Physical Therapy team really stood out. They are so caring and do their best to encourage to work harder to reach your goal. They are a wonderful group as a whole. Everyone was so nice and caring. You have an excellent staff!

A doctor suggested that I come here. Emie, the nurse, stood out to me. He is very helpful with answering my questions and doing so in way that I can understand. Most of the nurses are amazing, but he stands out. I was happy here, I was good. I was not downtrodden. Most times, you feel ill at a facility or hospital just because you are there. Here, I did not feel that way. Everyone here is nice and friendly and helpful.

As an Administrator here at Southridge & Woodside Assisted Living Facilities, I am pleased to tell families that I highly recommend your facility from my past experiences working there and from my present view that you'll all do a TERRIFIC job. In my opinion, you guys are the best Rehab facility in town. Keep up the great work and God bless you all for the loving care you give!"

My experience at MediLodge of Grand Traverse County has been an enjoyable time and also a relief, for I am getting older. They have given me a home and a family here---which means so much to me. The staff is great, and the residents are nice and very friendly!
