All of the team members were cordial and friendly. All nurses, aides, and techs were so wonderful! I want to thank everyone for getting me back on my feet after the trauma I went through---thank you all for your efforts and help!

It has a very good reputation among several health professionals I consulted with. I have not been disappointed! Every department and every staff member has been exceptional! I am very impressed with everyone's caring and helpful attitude every day. I've made an amazing amount of progress in a short time, and I know it has a great deal to do with The MediLodge approach. It works for me!

The entire staff, especially the facility director Heidi and April from nursing really stood out! All of the staff are understanding and will help you on a one-on-one basis. All those working here are great people and take their jobs seriously. Also, most of the residents here are nice!

I heard it was a good rehab center and it is close to my niece's house. Was there any specific team member or department that stood out? No one person stood out. Everyone was special in their own way. I never had to wait more than 5 mins when I had pushed the call button. That means a lot to me.

My experience at MediLodge of Grand Traverse County has been an enjoyable time and also a relief, for I am getting older. They have given me a home and a family here---which means so much to me. The staff is great, and the residents are nice and very friendly!

I came here from the hospital and I am glad they sent me here! They are all great and very caring, very devoted employees! The facility is very clean and organized. The members who work here are fantastic and very caring!

Some stand out members here are Terra (housekeeping), who is great, Michaela (cook), and Paula (CNA), who are both great team players!

Munson Hospital chose MediLodge of GTC because there was a bed available. Food, housekeeping, physical and occupational therapy, nursing staff, and all other departments stood out to me. Everyone has been wonderful. All of the staff have been friendly, understanding, and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing their services and expertise. The staff is caring and attentive and the building was neat and clean.

A doctor suggested that I come here. Emie, the nurse, stood out to me. He is very helpful with answering my questions and doing so in way that I can understand. Most of the nurses are amazing, but he stands out. I was happy here, I was good. I was not downtrodden. Most times, you feel ill at a facility or hospital just because you are there. Here, I did not feel that way. Everyone here is nice and friendly and helpful.
