Enjoying Activities

I chose MediLodge of GTC because I was recommended by a nurse at the hospital. The nurses and my area team members were just super! Always thoughtful and caring, no waiting when they were needed. A nice smile too - helps yourself feel much better. A great crew works here for sure. This is a nice place if you need a place to go. The social workers were very helpful. Meds were always prompt. Just a thanks for all from me. Therapy was just super. I enjoyed going every day. No problem. People there were very caring at all times.

A doctor suggested that I come here. Emie, the nurse, stood out to me. He is very helpful with answering my questions and doing so in way that I can understand. Most of the nurses are amazing, but he stands out. I was happy here, I was good. I was not downtrodden. Most times, you feel ill at a facility or hospital just because you are there. Here, I did not feel that way. Everyone here is nice and friendly and helpful.

Everyone here deserves praise! In such a high-pressure job, these nurses, aides, and administrative staff somehow maintain loving and caring hearts for every patient. Thank you!

The reasons I chose this center- Reputation, wonderful staff, physical therapy- great! Nursing care? Wonderful! I can see a big improvement in my loved one already in a short time. My family is very happy with the care. Every department stood out to me, dietary, PT, OT, CNA's, nursing admission, and social work!

The reasons I chose this center was because I was sent here for VA benefits. The wing I was in had a very good medical team.

Munson Hospital chose MediLodge of GTC because there was a bed available. Food, housekeeping, physical and occupational therapy, nursing staff, and all other departments stood out to me. Everyone has been wonderful. All of the staff have been friendly, understanding, and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing their services and expertise. MediLodge of Grand Traverse City has great people, rooms, and I count on them as my friends. I see them more like my family. They had great food, and the staff was accommodating and cheerful.

I have had experience with other facilities in the area. After a tour from Melissa and the obvious personal care shown here, it became our first choice. Melissa made the transition seamless. Heidi obviously is an excellent leader. Jan & Tina were nurses that made us feel like "people," not "patients." Diane was upfront. If life brings you to the need for this care, MediLodge is the 5-star choice. The personal care of each and every staff makes your recovery seem like you're being cared for by loving family.
