Easter Egg Hunt Celebration Hosted At MediLodge of GTC

MediLodge of Grand Traverse City has great people, rooms, and I count on them as my friends. I see them more like my family. They had great food, and the staff was accommodating and cheerful.

All of the team members were cordial and friendly. All nurses, aides, and techs were so wonderful! I want to thank everyone for getting me back on my feet after the trauma I went through---thank you all for your efforts and help!

Everyone here deserves praise! In such a high-pressure job, these nurses, aides, and administrative staff somehow maintain loving and caring hearts for every patient. Thank you!

I heard it was a good rehab center and it is close to my niece's house. Was there any specific team member or department that stood out? No one person stood out. Everyone was special in their own way. I never had to wait more than 5 mins when I had pushed the call button. That means a lot to me.

All of the departments work well together with one common goal, to keep our residents safe, happy and healthy. Anyone of the staff will be there for another staff member whether at work or off work like they were there for me when my husband had cancer and passed at home. I could count on any staff to assist me, and they did too!

The reason I chose this center is that I needed one available close to family. They were all so very nice. When my Vertigo acted up, they helped me through it very nicely. Food was well presented and tasty most of the time.

A doctor suggested that I come here. Emie, the nurse, stood out to me. He is very helpful with answering my questions and doing so in way that I can understand. Most of the nurses are amazing, but he stands out. I was happy here, I was good. I was not downtrodden. Most times, you feel ill at a facility or hospital just because you are there. Here, I did not feel that way. Everyone here is nice and friendly and helpful.

The staff here is very caring, which is so important. Caroline, Tammy, Jerri, Amber, Ryan, Christina (nurse), Sarah (nurse), and Ernie really stood out! They are all very attentive, cheerful, and knowledgable. The nurses are excellent as well, and I'm very happy with the care here.

It has a very good reputation among several health professionals I consulted with. I have not been disappointed! Every department and every staff member has been exceptional! I am very impressed with everyone's caring and helpful attitude every day. I've made an amazing amount of progress in a short time, and I know it has a great deal to do with The MediLodge approach. It works for me!

The reasons I chose this center- Reputation, wonderful staff, physical therapy- great! Nursing care? Wonderful! I can see a big improvement in my loved one already in a short time. My family is very happy with the care. Every department stood out to me, dietary, PT, OT, CNA's, nursing admission, and social work!
