My experience at MediLodge of Grand Traverse County has been an enjoyable time and also a relief, for I am getting older. They have given me a home and a family here---which means so much to me. The staff is great, and the residents are nice and very friendly!

I chose this center thru a phone call. They could take me right away and they had the equipment for which I needed and the therapy. The Physical Therapy team really stood out. Heard it was excellent and it has proved to be very good. Nurses, Aids, PT/OTs- they were all very friendly and caring! And there is plenty of space in the rooms.

On behalf of Treva Jaffe's family, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent care she received in the last weeks of her life. All of you responsible for her daily care were so beautiful, attentive, and compassionate towards her, which is why she liked it so well. This was a true gift to our family, and truthfully a bit of a surprise! We had tried for two years to get her into some sort of facility, and she fought us tooth and nail. Some of you have the battle scars to remind you of just how stubborn she could be when she didn't want to do something! So for her to be so content and extremely complimentary of the staff speaks volumes about the fantastic and vital work you do every day. It takes special people to do what you do, and I just wanted you to know how very much it was appreciated.
