Annual Veteran’s Ride 2018

I chose MediLodge of GTC for myself because I have been here before and loved it. Everyone is doing an amazing job. Staff are all great, food was good. Thank you everyone for all you have done for me! It was a great experience. I would come here again, if needed.

The administrator, PT, OT, CENA's and housekeeping really stood out. Combine these departments and I feel there is no comparison! I'd always come back here for therapy! I love being around people and here it's encouraged, which is wonderful! The vibe here is always positive and the staff is always within an arm's length!

MediLodge of Grand Traverse City has great people, rooms, and I count on them as my friends. I see them more like my family. They had great food, and the staff was accommodating and cheerful.

I would like to thank the employees of MediLodge of GTC for their wonderful attitude to their patients, I was recently one. I never had a concern after any request, they treated me like a patient should be treated. They dropped everything to make me feel like was number 1. They were the most friendliest people I ever met or encountered. Thank you Brian, Holly, Quinn, Colleen, Julie, Jessica, and Amanda.

I chose this center thru a phone call. They could take me right away and they had the equipment for which I needed and the therapy. The Physical Therapy team really stood out. They are so caring and do their best to encourage to work harder to reach your goal. They are a wonderful group as a whole. Everyone was so nice and caring. You have an excellent staff!

It has a very good reputation among several health professionals I consulted with. I have not been disappointed! Every department and every staff member has been exceptional! I am very impressed with everyone's caring and helpful attitude every day. I've made an amazing amount of progress in a short time, and I know it has a great deal to do with The MediLodge approach. It works for me!

The staff is caring and attentive and the building was neat and clean.

The staff at MediLodge of Grand Traverse County was conscious and aware of our wants and needs---going above and beyond their duty with us. They were also kind, compassionate, and always thoughtful.

All of the team members were cordial and friendly. All nurses, aides, and techs were so wonderful! I want to thank everyone for getting me back on my feet after the trauma I went through---thank you all for your efforts and help!

The entire staff, especially the facility director Heidi and April from nursing really stood out! All of the staff are understanding and will help you on a one-on-one basis. All those working here are great people and take their jobs seriously. Also, most of the residents here are nice!
