MediLodge of GTC Presents: 2nd Annual Fall Festival!

A doctor suggested that I come here. Emie, the nurse, stood out to me. He is very helpful with answering my questions and doing so in way that I can understand. Most of the nurses are amazing, but he stands out. I was happy here, I was good. I was not downtrodden. Most times, you feel ill at a facility or hospital just because you are there. Here, I did not feel that way. Everyone here is nice and friendly and helpful.

All of the team members were cordial and friendly. All nurses, aides, and techs were so wonderful! I want to thank everyone for getting me back on my feet after the trauma I went through---thank you all for your efforts and help!

The administrator, PT, OT, CENA's and housekeeping really stood out. Combine these departments and I feel there is no comparison! I'd always come back here for therapy! I love being around people and here it's encouraged, which is wonderful! The vibe here is always positive and the staff is always within an arm's length!

I came here from the hospital and I am glad they sent me here! They are all great and very caring, very devoted employees! The facility is very clean and organized. The members who work here are fantastic and very caring!

The staff is caring and attentive and the building was neat and clean.

I heard it was a good rehab center and it is close to my niece's house. Was there any specific team member or department that stood out? No one person stood out. Everyone was special in their own way. I never had to wait more than 5 mins when I had pushed the call button. That means a lot to me.

MediLodge of Grand Traverse City has great people, rooms, and I count on them as my friends. I see them more like my family. They had great food, and the staff was accommodating and cheerful.

I chose MediLodge of GTC because I was recommended by a nurse at the hospital. The nurses and my area team members were just super! Always thoughtful and caring, no waiting when they were needed. A nice smile too - helps yourself feel much better. A great crew works here for sure. This is a nice place if you need a place to go. The social workers were very helpful. Meds were always prompt. Just a thanks for all from me. Therapy was just super. I enjoyed going every day. No problem. People there were very caring at all times.

The entire staff, especially the facility director Heidi and April from nursing really stood out! All of the staff are understanding and will help you on a one-on-one basis. All those working here are great people and take their jobs seriously. Also, most of the residents here are nice!
