#AdminWeek We celebrated Administrator’s week this week at MediLodge of GTC. We are thankful for Heidi as our leader because she is hardworking and has loyalty to the residents. She is willing to help in every department, and we’ve seen her on the floor, in the kitchen and helping clinically.
Heidi has a big heart and loves each and every resident, and it shows. Her loyalty to the facility is one of the many things that make her a great administrator. Heidi not only shows she cares for the residents but the families and staff as well. Heidi has an impact on all of our lives; she inspires us, listens to us and brings out the best in all of us! She motivates and supports her employees to be the best they can be. She invests so much into all of her staff and residents that it genuinely feels like one big family at Medilodge of GTC.
